So many choices, great staff who know the bottle and it’s background. Little pricey here compared to others but at least you get the right service.
Great and wide ranging selection of wine, ciders and ales, and have barrelled beer that they sell by the litre. Also thoroughly lovely and friendly people who run it.
Mr Hikmet and his team are an example of good customer service. They are knowledgeable, helpful and keep a wide range often not available in other shop. What not to like!
Fantastic selection of beer and wine, particularly beer - they have an amazing selection of Bavarian beers, some of which I haven't seen anywhere else in the UK, so if you have a taste for Oktoberfest then head to the Wine Barrel. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable too, always ready with some advise.
